Asking for help is one of the hardest things you will do.
Deciding to start living a life in recovery can be scary. I'm hoping to make this easier for you to navigate.
We'll go through the biology of your brain, the science of addiction and mood disorders.
I'll give you resources, tools, and ways to hack your brain so that you will be able to stay on track.
Being sober is easy. You wake up, you don't use your substance of choice. Being in recovery though, that's different.
In recovery you wake up every day and choose to have the best day possilbe without using your substance of choice.
Recovery is one of the hardest things you can do, but I promise it's also the best thing you can do.
